Through every dish I create, I tell a story—the story of a chef passionate about the art of elevating ingredients and sharing unique experiences, from my early days in the kitchen to my adventures as a private chef in luxury villas.

Italian chef, born and raised in Bologna. I grew up in the countryside of Bologna and fell in love with food at an early age, watching my family prepare tomato preserves for the winter, curing salted meats, accompanying my father to the butcher during meat preparation, joining my grandfather in the potato fields, or waking up at dawn to fish for trout at the lake.

Everything was a ritual, and honestly, I never thought about becoming a chef, but food captivated me. Until the age of 16, it was all about emotion, and then I had my first experience as a butcher. From that moment on, cooking became my passion.
